There’s only so much raspberry jam you can make and so many fresh apples you can eat before they spoil. These tree ripened peaches were the last few left in a box of peaches we purchased last August. Game changer! 💥 I’ll admit I was skeptical. I was already canning, dehydrating, freezing, and fermenting to preserve our homegrown harvest for year-round eating. But I decided to add a freeze dryer to my food preservation lineup, and after a slow start at the end of last year’s growing season, I hit the ground running with this year’s garden produce. Wow, what a game changer!
