I fly frontier a lot and this was horrible couldn’t help me with customer service called the manager then wanted to argue with me…then manager said she had nothing else to say to me and wouldn’t give me her name and couldn’t help me unless I paid more than I already have or couldn’t get on my flight I paid for… what’s up with that @flyfrontier???? I’ve bin flying with you for years and never had this problem before and prob never will fly with you guys ever again!! Who are these horrible employees in your airport????? Going to Epic Universe and pumped for Nintendo WORLD?!?! Honestly it’s my favorite section of the park and 100% lived up to the hype. BUT here’s a line secret. When waiting in line to enter the portal and go up the warp pipe escalator. If you go all the way to the right side, there’s actually a door that goes to stairs and escalators over there that put you out at the exact same spot but hardly anyone is going that way. This allows you to get way ahead of the escalator line which can get massive.
