I dont want to fall down any predetermined path that "the algorithim" takes me down, but does anyone else remember being pulled from class to participate in the GATE program in the 80s and 90s?? I remember listening to weird audios and playing games where we had to guess what was next, and even had a class where they turned off all of the lights and played tones while we were guided through meditation and visualization exercises. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but now im listening to other people's stories too and realizing a lot of it wasn't normal at all 😅
