How to Get Massive Loads of Work Done 👇✨ The 5–50–5 method is the simplest focus system I’ve ever used. Here’s exactly how it works. Step 1: 5 minutes to plan. Write down the ONE thing you’re doing this session. Not your whole to-do list. Just one task. Clear your space. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb. Write down your exact start time. It creates real commitment. Step 2: 50 minutes of deep work. Work straight through. When a random thought pops up, write it on a separate piece of paper and go right back to the task. Unfinished thoughts can steal up to 40% of your working memory. Protect your flow state. It takes around 23 minutes to enter it and one notification to lose it. Step 3: 5 minutes to reset. Ask yourself what would make the next session better. Adjust. Then repeat. Oh, hi I’m Lauren, 21, mom of 2 under 2, and kind of obsessed with getting more done without burning out. If you like that sort of thing you should give me a follow.#standaretopost

HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND GET YOUR HOMEWORK DONE ✅ We all have those days where you just don’t want to do anything, last of all, homework. As a senior I am definitely feeling this big time, so I’ve had to be strategic when approaching my assignments. Below are some of my favorite tips ⬇️ Leave the sanctuary, get out of your room, and go to a productive environment 📚 (Personally I love the quiet study area in the library because no one bothers you and everyone else is productive so that basically forces you to be)👀 2. Put that gosh darn phone away 📵 (Ironic since I had mine out I know, but seriously, it’s causing more harm than good. Get rid of the distraction. THIS GOES FOR TXTING ON A MAC TOO, STOP IT) 🛑 3. Halve your tasks/stressors by writing them down ✍️ (I like to write little sticky notes throughout the day of tasks I intend to get done. I swear it’ll motivate you to want to cross things off the list. Tiny little reward system and I love it) 🤍 So why not test out these tips, they might be a game changer for you 🤷♀️ Good luck studying!! - - - #college #collegelife #studying #studytips #homework #collegestudent

Why Do You Procrastinate? #procrastination #procrastinationtips #selfhelp #selfhelptips #procrastinationhelp #procrastinate #procastinator

Get your shit tgt 101💗🖇️ You don’t need a bunch of habits everyday to be successful or feel good w ur life. Getting it back tgt doesn’t mean you have to do everything perfectly and put sm pressure on urself Start with 3 habits. One for your body, one for your mind and one that gets you money. Focus on doing one of each everyday and prioritize real rest (going out, picnic, reading) You won’t always have 100% of your life “together” but as long as you do at least one thing of each category everyday the rest is just going to fall in place.

Feeling overwhelmed with too much to do? Watch this! #braindump #todolist #organizationaltips

Step 3 will make it all click. #stopprocrastinating #selfgrowth #selfdevelopmenttools

If you often feel overwhelmed by your to do list, I feel ya. But when I started to accept that the list will NEVER DIE, that’s when I was able to feel more at peace 😂 I recently read 4000 weeks by Oliver Burkeman and it was a refreshing perspective on productivity and time management. Basically Oliver’s idea is that you need to recognize your limits as a human — you’ll never get on top of everything and chasing control is a way of avoiding life’s uncertainty. Time management isn’t about doing more or being more efficient, it’s sometimes about facing the trade offs and choosing what actually matters. We need to stop fantasizing about the day where we finally have time for everything (because it’s literally not possible). Patience is a virtue is that is getting lost in our word that’s obsessed with speed. Thoughts? How do you get shit done when you’re overwhelmed?

The NUMBER ONE mistake l’ve made when trying to start new habits is doing too much at once. It’s an editing **process** not a one-and-done life reset! 1% is better than 0%! Start small, and build big over time. It compounds 🫶 #habitbuilding #becomingbetter #changeisgood #habitsofsuccess #routines #routinebuilding
