I’m officially OBSESSED with these Green Goddess Deviled Eggs! 🥚💚 You know how much I love putting a green goddess spin on everything (hello Green Goddess Pasta Salad and Party Sandwiches!), so naturally I had to give deviled eggs the same treatment. Instead of the usual mayo-mustard situation, I’m blending the yolks with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, capers, and lemon zest for that signature green goddess flavor. Then topped with crispy pancetta because why not make them even MORE delicious? (But totally skip it if you want to keep them veggie!) The flavor is incredible and they look so fresh and vibrant - perfect for any warm weather gathering or potluck situation! Drop an ‘EGG’ comment below if you’re making these soon and I can send you the recipe! https://thedefineddish.com/green-goddess-deviled-eggs/ Video Credit: @themindfulhapa #GreenGoddessDeviledEggs #DeviledEggs #WarmWeatherEats #Potluck #FreshHerbs #PartyAppetizers #GreenGoddess

Green, gorgeous, and gone in seconds 🥚🍀 These St. Patty’s‑inspired Green Goddess Deviled Eggs are my new party trick — creamy avocado, fresh herbs, and that signature EB glow thanks to Eggland’s Best eggs. They’ve got 6 times more Vitamin D compared to ordinary eggs, 25% less saturated fat compared to ordinary eggs, 10 times more Vitamin E compared to ordinary eggs, and more than double the Omega‑3 compared to ordinary eggs… which basically makes them the luckiest little bites on the table.
