Jim Carey got paid 10 Million Dollars for his role in The Grinch (I can understand why because he spent 100 days in this makeup and he slayed the Whoville the house down in this iconic film!! 2. The production hired a torture endurance specialist to teach Jim Carey techniques to mentally cope through the 8 hours of makeup application and long days of filming. 3. Jim Carey’s Grinch suit was hand knotted using Yak hair, (which is a type of Himalayan Ox) and his ears were completely covered up. I tried to emulate this by bringing the bald cap completely over my ears 👂🏼🤩😧 Happy Grinchmas Christmas everyone!!!
