The easiest way to move pitches vertically!! It’s a rope to the machine and your foot. @thetaterball are the only balls I use in my machine. They’re the best out there and safest for your machine and for players. I saw this on X I believe it was and it was from a baseball coach working with hitters. I cannot find the original post so let me know if you know who thought of this.

Most baseball families facilities don’t realize this: Your “training ball” choice can affect hitter development… and how much facilities pay for repairs (I personally played Whac-A-Mole with cage net holes for years at our spot). 🕳️ That’s the whole idea behind these Attack Pitching Machine Balls.
