FLICK FLACK & AGRUPACIÓN: Una vez cumpliendo el paso 1 ☝🏽 procedemos a hacer flick y agrupación para acostumbrar a mi cuerpo a la noción de un movimiento a otro, no olvides practicalo un par de veces para tener mayor seguridad y comodidad, ya que al combinarlo puede darte un poco de miedo o inseguridad si no lo tienes bien practicado. 3. FLICK FLACK & BACK FLIP: Subimos de nivel 🔥 para este punto es importante que por separado tengas dominados tu Flick y Back, ya que de lo contrario, combinarlos será mucho más complejo, así que a practicar esta combinación varias veces ojo 👁 DE MANERA CONSCIENTE, CALIDAD ES MEJOR QUE CANTIDAD. 4. REDONDILLA FLICK FLACK + JUMP: En este punto combinar estos tres movimientos te ayudará a coger la mayor y mejor altura posible para darle la cereza del pastel tu 🍒 BACK FLIP 🍒 procura practicarlo varias veces al punto donde sienta cómodo para girar y pasar al 100% tu Back. 5. I don’t tumble much anymore, even on spring floor or a tumble track, much less outside in the real world. But how could I pass up an opportunity like this gorgeous background! The downside of getting older (about to hit 40) and being a larger, heavier acrobat is that I know that one I will no longer be able to do this anymore. Already I can feel this pass in my body the following days, not to mention seeing my body form as much less correct than a decade ago.
