Nell’incredibile viaggio nel mondo della pole dance ci sono delle tappe più ambite di altre, una di queste è la verticale Handspring ✨ Se ancora non riesci a salire o a tenere la figura (Ayesha) ecco 3 errori che devi evitare per riuscire a fare un handspring perfetto! 🩵 1. ❌ Avere una leva troppo chiusa o troppo aperta: nel primo caso occorrerà moltissima forza per tenerla ed è decisamente più impegnativa, nel secondo caso invece non ci sarà proprio leva e sarà impossibile mantenere la posizione. 2. ❌ Tenere le spalle allineate: un braccio deve tirare e l’altro deve spingere, per farlo al meglio ed evitare infortuni le spalle sono disallineate. 3. ❌ Non sfiancare: per tenere le gambe in equilibrio, soprattutto all’inizio, è utile sfiancare per compensare il disallineamento delle spalle e riportare le gambe paralle al pavimento.
