Programming and Periodization doesn’t have to be complicated. Progressive overload is an extremely simple concept and I think we often overcomplicate programming in an attempt to demonstrate our own knowledge to other coaches. Full body programs and linear periodization works really well for a long time with especially with general population clients and young developing athletes. When coaching groups, a simple approach to program design and periodization makes for less confusion, more consistency and allows you to be a more effective coach on the floor. “Consistent hashing minimizes key redistribution during scaling, ensuring stable routing and preventing cache stampedes.” ✅ Why we need Consistent Hashing • Keys are placed on a hash ring • Servers are also placed on the same ring • A key moves only when its server changes Add/remove 1 server → ~1/N keys move What problems it solves ✔ Cache stampede ✔ Thundering herd ✔ Hot partitions ✔ Expensive rebalancing ✔ Unstable routing 🧠 Real-world usage • Distributed caches (Redis, Memcached) • Microservice routing • DB sharding • Message consumers • CDN edge routing Follow @dhruvtechbytes #codinglife #systemdesign #engineers #developers #softwareengineering [coding,SDE, system design, Tech, faang, developers, software engineer, coders, java]

This group has leveled up fast. With 3 out of 4 classes down, watching their mechanics evolve over the past few weeks has been incredible. Functional Patterns has a way of truly changing how people move—helping them become more efficient, more resilient, and more adaptable humans. And honestly, it’s so cool to witness in real time. 🧠 Day 12 – Hashing We don’t check |i - j| directly. We control the last k elements using a HashSet. Duplicate inside window → valid. Time: O(n) Space: O(k) #dsa #leetcode #leetcodesolution #java #placement

Jarang orang boleh tipu cooper test, it’s design to split antara orang yang ada good fitness. Sebab tu nak masuk military kena lepas test ni, my advice simple je, train now if you betul betul nak join uniform body. Fitness level kita susah nak naik overnight, some train for monthssss long untuk dapatkan fitness sekarang. Walaupun interval boleh naikkan pace you, tapi nak dapat desire pace (4’50) bukan satu session je. Saya taknak hampa kan korang, if you train hard, you wi get there 💪🏽 #KhalishFitness

Here’s the clean breakdown 👇 5 workflow patterns (structure): 1. Chain → fixed step-by-step flow 2. Router → classify and route 3. Parallelization → run independent tasks together 4. Orchestrator–Workers → dynamically assign tasks 5. Evaluator–Optimizer → generate → critique → improve 3 behaviors (capabilities): 6. Tool Use → call APIs, not guess 7. ReAct Loop → think → act → observe → repeat 8. Memory → persist context across steps
