Habit tracking Journal I’ve recently picked up journaling within the last 3 years and this year found myself journaling 7 out of 12 months. As everyone does when something isn’t consistent or a real habit I fell off of journaling in the beginning of summer. Summer was super busy and never got back into journaling until November. End of October I found this guy on YouTube called @dominic.hartt who introduced me to habit tracking, specifically this method of habit tracking. I was intrigued and tried it for November and now I love it, because of the habit tracking I got back into journaling. It’s so interesting to cross reference my habit journal with my daily journal to see what the thought process was. If you’re into journaling or want to start a new habit I’d suggest trying this method of journaling.

meine journal essentials 🦋 ihr fragt mich immer wieder, was für mich die wichtigsten dinge fürs journaling sind: hier sind sie 🌼 allen voran natürlich das journal oder ein kalender für alle, die etwas mehr struktur brauchen und sich vielleicht auch die zeit sparen wollen, eigene spreads zu kreiern. es gibt keine notizbücher, die ich so sehr liebe, wie die von @paperblanks (deshalb freu ich mich auch so unendlich darüber, mit ihnen zusammenarbeit zu dürfen!) 🧚🏻‍♀️ i mean, habt ihr schon mal schönere cover gesehen?? die kalender starten jetzt im juli und gehen bis ende 2025, also kann man darin eine ganz lange zeitspanne planen, was ich super praktisch finde! vor allem für schule oder auch uni stell ich mir das richtig hilfreich vor. und natürlich kann man auch in den kalendern kreativ werden ♥️ das design "olive fairy" hab ich schon zwei mal, es ist literally das schönste auf der welt, und das gibt es auch als kalender! wenn ihr mal stöbern wollt, könnt ihr mit "Nikey15" 15% bei paperblanks sparen :) ✨ #journaling #journalwithme #bujocommunity #kalender #planner #schulkalender #notizbuch #paperblanks #planwithme #planer
