We found a real-life dragon, the Earless Monitor Lizard 🐉🌏 Found only in the rainforests of Borneo, this prehistoric-looking reptile was first described in 1878, then went 82 years without a confirmed sighting 😳 leading many to believe it had vanished forever. After hearing reports from a remote village, we showed a local a photo of the animal. He told us, “I saw this when I was a child,” and guided us deep into a chain of rainforest streams. After two days searching on our hands and knees, we didn’t just find one, we found two. While filming the first ever long-form documentary on this incredible species.
