Day 3 Full body HIIT. There’s a place for high intensity when it comes to training. Not every day as that just leads to burnout and poor recovery. But used properly, HIIT builds your engine, improves conditioning, and teaches your body to produce and sustain power under fatigue. I include sessions like these, they are are super time effective and make you feel great afterwards. Most of my training is focused on strength training, controlled volume.
