Dabei bleiben die Knie stets über den Knöcheln. 3️⃣ Der B-Stance Thruster kombiniert Elemente aus Hip Thrust und Kniebeuge. Dabei stehen die Beine leicht versetzt, wobei ein Bein stabilisiert und das andere die Hauptarbeit übernimmt. 4️⃣ Einbeinige Hip Thrusts sind eine fortgeschrittene Variante des klassischen Hip Thrusts. Dabei liegt ein Fuß auf dem Boden oder einer Erhöhung, während das andere Bein gestreckt in der Luft bleibt. HIP THRUST VARIATIONS AND WHY: Standard - the holy grail of hip thrusts. Great for lifting heavy and more able to apply progressive overloads unlike bstance or single. This stance will work both glutes evenly, so good if you struggle for balance KAS - A smaller range of motion, more like a pulse keeping the glutes under more constant tension and therefore a higher load on only the glutes. This movement will be easier in the lower back, so good if you feel pain in your lower back on the other type of hip thrusts B-Stance - Targeting one glute at a time, but in the b-stance so you will have more stability than a single leg thrust. Great for mind to muscle connection through one leg and will also need a lighter load, so better for anyone with lower back issues due to not having to go as heavy Single leg - a great alternative for all the other stances if you simply cannot be bothered to set up the barbell!!! Single leg thrusts will force you to use more balance, so great if you need to work on stability.
