Jim and I experienced IMMERSE Fest 2026 a little differently this year. We sat in the VIP section and had dinner right on Orange Avenue in front of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts main stage… and I can confidently say: best seats in the house. We’ve never done VIP before, and now? We’re doing it every single year from now on! It was the most incredible way to take in performance after performance — music, movement, visuals — all unfolding right in front of us while Downtown Orlando buzzed around us. And then afterward, we wandered. Down side streets, into unexpected performances, through installations that stopped us in our tracks. There was an artist market filled with local creatives — artwork, jewelry, pieces you could take home and remember the night by. It felt like the entire community showed up to celebrate the arts in the most vibrant, generous way. To have something this immersive, this overwhelming (in the best way), and this beautiful right in the heart of Orlando is something truly special. Huge shoutout to my friends Cole, Ha’ani and the entire team of brilliant humans who made this possible. This was the most spectacular Immerse yet — and I feel like every year continues to get better and better! Highly recommend! Thank you, Awesome Foundation, for the VIP tickets!
