👩🏾‍💻The best way to get better at interviewing is to practice and you don’t need real interviews to practice- just use this video.

Pretend like I am interviewing you and pause the video and practice your answer. It’s even better if you record yourself and watch it back. The more you do it, the better you get.

❌A big mistake people make when preparing for interviews is they never practice. They think about their answers, and they might even write them down, but they never practice getting it out of their head.

Also, whatever you do, DO NOT write a script. Inevitably you will not remember it word for word and it will throw you off. It is better to practice so you can answer questions organically and not try to recite a script.

Here’s your mock interview for the week. First big thanks to @reminscepov for creating the original video full credits to them for the pov video! Next, it might look like you’re simply reading through questions… but what’s really happening is so much more. Every time you practise like this, you’re not just rehearsing words, you’re training your mind and body to respond with confidence under real interview pressure. What seems like ‘just reading’ is actually: ✅ Strengthening your ability to adapt to the interview structure ✅ Building muscle memory for clear, structured answers ✅ Training your voice, tone, and pace for maximum impact ✅ Rehearsing positive body language until it feels natural ✅ Developing the calm and focus you’ll need on the big day By the time you face the actual interview, you’ll already have practised these skills so many times that they’ll come naturally; allowing you to focus on connecting with your interviewer, not scrambling for answers. Of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to interview prep! Want to take it to the next level? Comment “Mock interview” and I will share with you my full interview toolkit! As always cheering for your BIG WINS Vardaan and Team UKJI🤍🫂

Job interview preparation starts before you walk into the room. Most people fail interviews not because they lack qualifications, but because their communication skills let them down. Here's how to fix that: Master the "Tell me about yourself" question. This is your moment to connect, not recite your resume. The framework: Tell a story that links your origin to the role you want. Example for an engineering position: "When I was young, I'd take apart my dad's car radios. Never could put them back together. But that curiosity about how things work? That's what drives me as an engineer today." See the difference? You're creating human connection first, then transitioning into professional context. Interview success formula: 1. Prepare your origin story 2. Connect it to the position 3. Make it personal and memorable 4. Lead with emotion, follow with logic The best candidates don't just answer questions. They make interviewers feel something. What's your go to interview story?
