My biggest recommendation for connecting with your intuition is slowing down and getting your energy and your nervous system to a relaxed place. Connecting with your intuition is not about searching, grasping, or reaching for an answer. That’s force energy. That’s energy of the mind. Connecting with intuition is about patiently listening for the message to come to you. It’s about surrendering, trusting, and patiently allowing for whatever wants to arise to arise. It’s really hard to connect with your intuition when your energy is frenetic and noisy because your intuition is really quite subtle.
