Here’s a quick turnaround of my custom cyberpunk-inspired space harness and overdyed jumpsuit I made back in 2019. It’s seen some upgrades over the years, and is still one of my favorite “simple” costumes I’ve built. The harness was heavily modified to include an integrated utility light on the front, communications pack with functional radio antennae on the rear, LEDs, sounds, and more. The fan on the backpack is controlled by a switch on the wrist computer. I’ll be doing a more detailed breakdown of this soon, before it heads off to its new home. Should I do more spacesuit builds? Here’s a demonstration of the light-reactive vinyl graphics I designed and applied to my custom cyberpunk-inspired jumpsuit. This material is a reflective HTV that reflects any light pointed at it, and works great on most fabrics. I cut and applied this one in 2019, and even after 7 years it’s still going strong. I’ve really enjoyed sharing some of my older work with y’all, and it definitely has me wanting to make more custom clothing like this. This spacesuit was part of a much bigger costume and the graphics were almost always hidden by all the gear and on top of it, so here’s a nice clear view. Here’s a look back on some of my custom cyberpunk projects from 2025! Which one was your favorite? I learned so much over the past year and I’m incredibly thankful for all of you. I started new cyberpunk jacket builds, kitbashed helmets, built the cyberdeck, modded pelican cases, made metal credit chips, and much more. These are just a small glimpse of all the projects I worked on this year, and some are still works in progress. Would you wear this custom cyberpunk spacesuit? Here are some final details of this costume I built for an event years ago. I created the airlock collar from scratch, with pulsing red LEDs inside that illuminate the neck. The suit is custom dyed and aged, all the stencils and graphics are my own design, and the harness was built up over time with functional LED and electronic components that are powered by the wrist computer. So much went into this project, and it was one of the first complete sci-fi kits in my collection. I’ve been making this fully custom cyberpunk helmet out of found parts and custom fabricated pieces for the past few months now, and it’s almost complete! Here’s a quick video of my process for making the front “rebreather” mouth piece. I’m using 1/8” acrylic that I’ve laser cut and bent with heat to match the angles of the housing. This build is really shaping up and I can’t wait to share more about the costume build it’s for - definitely doing a breakdown of the whole build and visor soon too. Sharing some progress on my custom cyberpunk pelican case backpack project! What do you think of the build so far? I kitbashed the pelican case and painted everything to unify the parts, and gave it a nice grime wash to make it look more lived in. The grey and neon green paint only lasted so long, since I ended up changing all the colors right after filming this. The case can still fit a small cyberdeck build even with the droid eye panel. HEY, this is your sign to wear whatever you want—2077 is only 51 years away! Here’s a turnaround of my fully custom cyberpunk tech jacket and detachable @pelican case droid. The jacket and all the pouches started off tan, and I overdyed them before airbrushing the weathering/aging to darken them up a bit. All pouches and tactical gear were dyed using @jacquardproducts iDye Poly Silver Grey and Black. I added some custom closures to the pouches using magnetic @fidlock.components 25mm V-Buckles for a more futuristic look and feel. They’re also much easier for me to use in the dark for costumed events and whatnot. This was a super fun build, and I just have one more hardware breakdown on the buckles coming soon that I think y’all will really be into. As always, thanks a ton for being here.

Walkthrough of my functional cyberpunk wrist computer! This is another old upcycled prop build of mine that I’ve used throughout many of my sci-fi costumes. This is an old warehouse inventory computer that didn’t have a battery or charger when it was given to me, so I gutted it and turned it into a giant switch relay for a few of my powered backpack rigs. I soldered some leads up to a 1/4” cable plug and connected them to a simple on/off button that I attached to the computer body. A little custom paint, stickers, and tagging later and it was ready to use at events. It also features a UV light cluster in the fingertip for detecting scorpions out in the desert, just for fun. I made this way before Arc Raiders was announced, but I’m really loving the aesthetic so far. Showing some of the mechanical details of my custom cyberpunk tech jacket I built earlier this year. This vest was made to carry a portable cyberdeck using the quick detach system on the back, which would be operated by a teammate. At the end of the day, I’m just making functional costumes here, but that extra level of usability is so satisfying. I’d love to eventually stencil out the pouches and refine the cable structure a bit. Day 54 of making human-generated cyberpunk artwork. Here’s a demonstration of the detachable pelican case droid system I created for the cyberpunk tech jacket I’ve been working on. The case is finally finished and I’m super happy with all the custom paint, stenciling, and electronics work I did on it. This is already one of my new favorite kitbashed droids, and I’ll have to do a pelican case lineup soon with all the ones I customized in the past few years. Testing out LED lights on my custom cyberpunk-inspired Pelican case build. Very thankful for everyone‘s support on this costume project so far! I still have a ways to go as far as kitbashing and custom paint are concerned, but I love how it’s coming out so far. I have a build video in progress for the panel and lights, but the finished product won’t be remote controlled and instead hardwired to a battery and switch.
