You can do a four-week program from start to finish, but you can search a dumbbell workout or an upper body day and choose from her extensive collection. There are options for stretching, cardio, weight lifting, etc. and you can find something if you only have 20 minutes or you want to crush an hour! She really has it all. But she's not for the faint of heart! Sydney's workouts are tough, and we love her for it. 2. @fitnessblender - this fit couple has been around for a long time, so they have a really incredible library of workout routines - from kickboxing to Pilates, weight lifting to yoga, and beyond. If you use their website, you can search for a workout based on length of time, difficulty level, and equipment. We love that these two are easy to follow for a beginner or an avid athlete. FitnessBlender is for everyone! Not intimidating, very user friendly, and a great workout. 3. @carolinegirvan - for a quick but effective dumbbell workout, Caroline is our girl! She has a variety of routines, but we like her when we need a quick burn of an isolated muscle group, like shoulders or legs. Just music, a timer, and Caroline leading the way.
