Have you ever heard of the Rose of Jericho? The Rose of Jericho (Anastatica hierochuntica) is also called the Plant of Resurrection, and as its name implies, it is a plant that does not seem to die completely for many years. It comes from the deserts of Arabia, Egypt, Palestine and the Red Sea streams. Take a bowl of water, place the dried, shrunken plant, which appears to be dead, without a drop of life, and cover it with water.
