✈️ KB Snatch Drills ✈️ Elevate your KB skills with the following moves 1. SWING: focus on generating power from your hips and creating an efficient hinge pattern. 2. HIGH PULL: get comfortable driving the bell higher, staying a little taller through the movement, and breaking the elbow so the bell stays tight to the body. 3. TOP DOWN SNATCH: master the way down. Pull the bell down by bending the elbow and goose necking the wrist simultaneously. Keeping your knuckles on top of the handle will help the bell “flick over the wrist” Put the reps in! The snatch is complex and could take time to master. Film yourself from the front and side to form check and see how you can improve.
