Step 1- wash the KOKA thoroughly, clean it as shown in the reel. Make sure you remove the small bud and the stem inside, Chop it finely. Step 2- Boil the chopped KoKa with salt, later squeeze out all the water from it. Step 3- Add tilkut to the squeezed koka making sure it mixes it well and keep it aside. Step 4- In a pan heat oil add garlic, onions and let it sauté for a while add salt, turmeric & red chilli powder later add the koka mixed with tilkut.
