I am making ghee out of it. process: You have to stir in between on low to medium so that it won’t stick to bottom. Once the ghee separates, switch off the gas. Let it cool down for a while. Kerrygold is popular grass-fed butter brand amongst Keto enthusiasts and touted as a healthy fat - but appearances can be deceiving 🤔 Kerrygold was recently caught using TOXIC wrappers loaded with PFAS. For those wondering, PFAS is polyfluoralkyl substances - a fancy acronym for forever chemicals 🧪we use in nonstick and waterproof materials like Teflon pans 🍳 While this wrapper does its job by preventing your “pure Irish butter” from leaking through… It’s still TOXIC!
