THE RACK POSITION. This is your home base. Every clean. Every press. Every push press. Every jerk. If this position sucks - everything built on top of it will suck too. Fix this now → save yourself months of frustration. Here’s what a proper kettlebell rack position should feel like: • Bell rests between your forearm and upper arm - not crushing your wrist • Elbow tucked into your hip - not floating out • Wrist straight - no bending, no cheating • Handle sits diagonal in your palm - not in the middle • Bell sits OUTSIDE your forearm - not on top of your wrist • Stand tall - no leaning back like an idiot Your forearm is the shelf. The bell just sits there. Do it right → the weight feels light Do it wrong → your wrist, forearm, and shoulder get wrecked Most common mistakes I see: ❌ Bent wrist ❌ Elbow flaring out ❌ Leaning back ❌ Grabbing the handle in the middle If your wrist hurts → it’s not a wrist problem It’s a POSITION problem Fix the rack → fix everything Follow for more kettlebell workouts, technique and real strength training tips 📲 Join me in the KBMH app! 👉 link in my profile #kbmh #kettlebell #workout #fitness

Get the rack right… it’s a fundamental! • Joints should be stacked • Elbow should be tight to your body • Handle should be travelling down towards your wrist • Knuckles should point to the ceiling • Get it right and things like your clean will feel like it has a home and movements like your shoulder press will feel like they have a good base! • #kettlebell #kettlebells #kettlebelltechnique #kettlebellcoach #kettlebelltraining #kettlebellrack #kettlebelltips #strengthtraining #kettleball
