Key lime pie Bars! Combine: 2.5 Sheets Graham crackers crushed, 1 stick meted Butter, And a sprinkle of sugar. Mix and press down in a 9 x13 pan. Bake 350 for 8-10 mins Filling: mix together: 3 Cans sweetened condensed milk 1 cup key lime juice 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt 2 egg yolks Pour over Graham cracker crust. KEY LIME PIE 🍋‍🟩 La más deli de las clásicas en la pastelería, si todavía no la probaste te la súper recomiendoo 😋🩵 - base de galletitas, cremoso de leche condensada y lima, deco de crema chantilly Para tortas enteras escribime y te envío el catálogo 🫶🏼

RECIPE: 1 c lime juice, 28 oz sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 c heavy cream, 1/2 c sour cream, stir. Add 1 tbsp lime zest, 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, 3 egg yolks. Stir. For the crust: 1 c crushed vanilla wafers, 1 c crushed graham crackers, 1/2 c brown sugar, 8 tosp melted butter. Press to make the crust and add filling. Bake 350 for 15-17 mins. Let cool. Topping: heavy cream with powdered sugar to taste and a little vanilla. Whip it until it thickens. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving!
