we did it! Although it appears I am done, there’s still 1 more step before this sweater is complete…blocking. Since its a bit itchy, I want to experiment with some softening methods first. i’m so very happy with the result especially considering this was my first attempt at a knitted wearable. Already thinking about what to make next, BUT I have to work through my yarn stash before thinking about buying more hehe until then 🫡 #stepbystepsweater #knit #knitting

My very first cable knit sweater - Froya by Ingrid Dyb - is complete! Although the pattern version that I worked from did have some mistakes, I managed to avoid all of those and add some new ones of my own lol. The knitting pattern has since been updated to fix the mistakes and make the instructions more clear and I would highly recommend it! It’s also my most expensive knitted jumper (by quite some ways) so far, so I’m looking forward to getting lots of use out of it!
