This kriya cuts through mental loops and clears toxic energy 🔥 This is a Kali Mudra Kriya paired with the HUM Mantra. a powerful combination used in traditional kriya practices to release stagnant energy and break repetitive mental patterns. When the mind gets caught in loops… overthinking, tension, emotional contraction… this kind of practice doesn’t analyse it, it immediately moves it. The HUM mantra is used as a seed sound to direct pranic energy with force. It cuts, clears, and disrupts what’s stuck. A little Sunday practice before sunbathing ( we’re having a heatwave in the uk 😆). Wasn’t going to bother as it’s my ‘day off’ but so glad I did, as I feel so much better now. More grounded, mind at ease and feeling energised for moving my body. Being a yoga teacher is my job and I’m so grateful for that…but often, because I teach so much, I don’t prioritise my own practice. I’m re-setting a solid intention to carve out time every day, whether it’s 10 mins or 1 hour, to do a self practice. Remembering that yoga isn’t just my job…it’s my way of life. In my experience whatever your mood or energy levels it will always bring you back into balance 🙏🏻✨❤️ Today I did about 45 minutes as I had the time… a stretch to release physical tension, a yoga flow to get energy moving in my body and then the Abundance & Gratitude Kriya set, which lots of us are doing for the Summer 21 day challenge.
