Stuffed Labneh Balls in Olive Oil 💛 Ingredients: Labneh • 1 kg curd • 1 tbsp salt Stuffing • Green stuffed olives, as needed Coating • 5 tbsp ground pistachio powder (from ~75 g pistachios) • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder • ¼ tsp salt To Store • ~1½ cups extra virgin olive oil Method: 1. Pour curd into a muslin cloth placed over a sieve with a bowl underneath. 2. Mix in salt, tie tightly, place a weight on top, and refrigerate for at least 48 hours until thick. 3. Grease hands lightly with olive oil. 4. Take 1 tbsp labneh, flatten slightly, place an olive in the centre, and roll into a ball. 5. Mix pistachio powder, chilli powder, and salt. 6. Roll each labneh ball in the seasoning. 7. Place in a clean glass jar and pour over olive oil to fully submerge. To Serve: Serve on warm, toasted pita bread with a drizzle of honey. Storage: Refrigerate, fully submerged in olive oil. Keeps well for at least 1 month. #stuffedlabneh #labneh #fyp #homemade #foryoupage

Dishes I Grew Up On: Labneh • I’ve always said “labneh is like sour cream on crack”. It’s rich, creamy, slightly tangy and oh so spreadable.
