Finished my first large scale print on the Snapmaker. In over 60 hours straight of printing time, not a single issue, hiccups or details in de printing quality. 300% Giant Bulbasaur was long overdue but it's now ready. Painted details with acrylic paint. Printed fully with Polyterra. No sanding or glueing. Large Scale RC model Airliner, hands down the most challenging part to 3D print. This model is based on the L-1011 TriStar airliner, which will have more than an 8 foot wingspan (2.5m) It took 3 days and 6 attempts to get it to print without warping and pulling away from the build plate. This part is a crucial for the structural integrity of the tail section, also called the empennage. Let's hope I engineered this well 😁 Printed out of NylonX on the @raise3d Pro2, this part is incredibly strong and incredibly light. #rcairplane #3dprinting #engineering

The Catch Stitch is one of the hand-stitches that I use the most; and I love to use it for finishing the hems of garments. It takes patience, but well worth the time and investment. It’s also such a pretty stitch to look at! Hemming is usually one of the last tasks of sewing a garment; and sometimes, I like to slow it down to prolong the joy of working on a project.
