Most law students don’t struggle because they aren’t smart. They struggle because no one ever taught them how to study for law school. Law school exams don’t test effort. They test issue-spotting, rule application, and how clearly you can think under pressure. Skills that feel obvious only after someone explains them. So when you’re reading nonstop, outlining for hours, and still walking out of exams unsure… it’s not a reflection of your intelligence. Read Below:👇🏽 1. Law School is extremely competitive. Yes, I have friends but they are competitive. 2. Law School is like a mini high school, drama drama drama, clash of personalities. 3. IT IS REALLY THAT HARD. 4. There is no way to be caught up on every class, we are always drowning. 5. You can be good, but remember someone is always better. 6. If you are single in law school stay that way, most people don’t understand that we are busy asf. Time is of the essence. 7. Law School is about who works the hardest not the smartest. (9/10 I outwork the work, literally). 8. The professors are “too” smart and sometimes they don’t realize we haven’t reached that level yet. 9. Cold calls are in fact brutal, imagine being cold called a lot (I get cold called a lot, at this point I just volunteer) 10. You will not sleep well, remember we are in law school “it’s so much work” 11. Law school is draining, buttttt in a good way. 12. Law School messed with you mentally, it’s worse than my ex(and he’s horrible). 13.
