Most people go WAY too heavy on these which causes them to use short range of motion or they push their knees with their hands to complete the reps. Chances are if there’s no more room on the machine to add more weight and your name isn’t Ronnie Coleman, you’re going too heavy. Don’t worry about the weight and use full range of motion.
