✅ 1. 1911. Violet Jessop was aboard the Olympic when it collided with a cruiser. The ship barely stayed afloat, but Violet remained fearless and kept her job at sea. 2. A year later, she joined the Titanic. On the night it hit the iceberg, she stood on deck, helping non-English speaking passengers reach safety. 3. As she was ordered into lifeboat 16, an officer handed her a forgotten baby. She held the child close until they were rescued hours later. 4. During WWI, she served as a nurse on the Britannic. The massive ship hit a mine and began sinking three times faster than the Titanic. 5. During the evacuation, two lifeboats, including Violet’s, were sucked into the ship’s giant spinning propellers, which were shredding everything. 6. Violet jumped overboard at the last second. She suffered a fractured skull but was pulled from the water alive, surviving her third disaster. 7. After 42 years at sea, she retired peacefully, remembered as the woman the ocean tried to take three times but could never break. Violet’s story is a manifest of antifragility. We often view crises as a personal curse, when in reality, they are a test of our ability to adapt and thrive where others give up. ✅ Write METHOD in the comments, and I will send you a system to help transform any external setbacks into your personal resource and strength.

Eva Miriam Hart (31 January 1905 – 14 February 1996) was an English Titanic survivor and one of the last remaining passengers to recall the sinking of RMS Titanic on 15 April 1912. She was seven years old at the time of the disaster, travelling as a second-class passenger with her parents, Benjamin and Esther Hart. Her father perished in the sinking; Eva and her mother were rescued by RMS Carpathia and returned to England shortly after arriving in New York. #love #titanic #titanicsurvivor #evaharttitanic #titanicmovie

14 April 1912 Seeing the newspapers printed the day after the RMS Titanic sinking was honestly one of the most interesting parts of the exhibition. No dramatic music, no narration… just bold headlines and early reports trying to piece it all together. You forget that at that point people didn’t know the full story yet. Some papers were still hopeful. Some had details wrong. It really makes you think about how news travelled in 1912 and how shocking that morning must have felt. Such a thought-provoking exhibition when it came to Wales last year. #Titanic #HistoryReel #history #HistoryLovers #TitanicExhibition

She spoke of the chaos, the freezing water, and the desperate escape, reminding everyone of the human courage shown during one of history's most famous maritime tragedies.

🚢 Violet Jessop – The Woman Who Survived Three Ship Disasters Violet Jessop was an Irish-Argentine ocean liner stewardess and nurse often called “Miss Unsinkable” because she survived disasters involving all three Olympic-class sister ships: the RMS Olympic, the RMS Titanic, and the HMHS Britannic. In 1911, while serving aboard the Olympic, the ship collided with the British warship HMS Hawke. Although heavily damaged, the Olympic did not sink and managed to return to port. Jessop was on board during the incident and survived without injury. In 1912, she was working as a stewardess on the Titanic when it struck an iceberg and sank in the North Atlantic. Jessop helped passengers reach lifeboats and was eventually ordered into Lifeboat 16. She survived the freezing night at sea and was rescued by the RMS Carpathia. During World War I, Jessop served as a nurse on the Britannic, which had been converted into a hospital ship. In 1916, the Britannic struck an underwater mine in the Aegean Sea and sank rapidly. Jessop escaped in a lifeboat but had to jump into the water to avoid the ship’s propellers, suffering a head injury. Despite these terrifying experiences, she continued her sea career for decades, becoming one of maritime history’s most remarkable survivors.
