I found the video!!! For those you who asked me how to make the cloud buster by Wilhelm Reich… here you go! Reich claimed that by pointing the pipes at different parts of the sky, the cloudbuster could dissipate clouds or trigger rainfall. Reich even conducted field experiments during droughts where he claimed to have successfully caused rain. To dissipate clouds, the pipes were aimed at the edges or center of existing cloud formations while the end of the device is grounded on earth. To trigger rain, Reich said you had to aim at hazy, moisture rich parts of the sky, or regions where clouds looked like they were trying to form but couldn’t. In the previous video I posted, I noticed the man conducting the experiment initially said he had the end of the device in a water bucket to form the clouds. Mainstream science considered Reich’s cloudbuster pseudoscience, since orgone energy has never been proven to exist. But one can only wonder WHY the FDA burned his books and WHY the government put him in jail for “contempt of court” where he ultimately died? Ironically, some enthusiasts, especially in fringe weather-modification and alternative science circles, still build and experiment with cloudbusters today! The more you know …. 🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Try this EASY cloud roll effect 👇 I used CapCut, but the edit is very simple and can be done on any software. 1. Record yourself “scrolling” the sky with your finger 2. Get out of the frame, and record a time-lapse of the same angle 3. In your editing program, overlay the time-lapse on top of the first clip 4. Create a mask on the time-lapse clip, feathering it at the horizon line so that only the sky portion is shown 5. Split the time-lapse into 2 clips where you’re just about to wave your finger 6. Create a speed ramp (Speed -> Curve -> Custom) 🎉 Congratulations, you now control the weather ☁️
