Things I don’t buy . Homemade Ghee (Easy and quick method ) Making Ghee at home is very cost-effective also very easy. You can make ghee in bulk and it can easily last for 3 months . You just need one ingredient : UNSALTED BUTTER I agree fermented one is better but I this one is good . I will share fermented one too I have used kerrygold unsalted butter . You can use any unsalted butter Put sticks of regular butter into a heavy-bottomed pan and heat. Once the butter starts to boil, turn down the heat a little. No need to cook on high Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the milk proteins have completely separated. Turn off the heat when the bottom layer starts to turn golden brown. Let it cool a little, strain through a fine-mesh strainer or a clean piece of cheesecloth into small glass jars, and let cool. You can store in airtight containers for 3 months . If you ever bought Ghee in the store it’ll cost between $10-$20 for around a pound. Making it at home is easy and cheaper. There’s not much to do when it comes to this recipe, it’s very easy. Save and share. Ghee or Clarify Butter 4 lbs of butter any brand works salted 2 tablespoons Bulgur or cracked wheat In a large pot start with the butter melting. Bring to a boil watch as the butter rises, reduce heat and bring to a boil again keep this on the fire for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Once it start to clear up you add the bulgur or cracked wheat for 30 minutes. The reason why I add the cracked wheat is to remove any moisture or water from the butter. Remove from the stove and allow it to cool down for about 3 to 4 hours put it right into a jar allow it to harden up to a thick yellow overnight once it’s solid once cover it and put away. No need to put it in a fridge I usually have it in a cool area or wherever you put your oils. This can last up to six months in the jar and worth making. #butter #ghee #fyp #fypシ #recipe #easyrecipes #homemadefood #food #recipes #delicious

🙌🏻 Homemade Ghee is the BEST. Are you making it at home or not? If not, give it a try. It’s so easy to make in bulk. . - I always use Kerry Gold Unsalted Butter. I mostly stock up when it’s on deal at Costco. - In the absence, I prefer Kirkland brand grass-fed butter (salted one). No worries, salt particles will settle at the bottom. You won’t taste salt in your ghee. . Want detailed instructions and all tips? Comment ‘Recipe’ and I’ll DM you the link. . Or Simply google ‘Ghee Spice Up The Curry’. . #homemadefood #bulkcooking #ghee #easyrecipes #foodprep #indiancooking #kerrygoldbutter #trendingreel #explorepage✨

How to make clarified butter 🧈 Sign up for my newsletter to keep up to date with recipes and cooking techniques! Comment “NEWSLETTER” and I’ll send you a link to your DMs to join my community! I have been making clarified butter at home for over five years. It is so much cheaper than buying in the store, and is super easy to make. Clarified Butter is great because it is a higher smoke point than butter, so you can cook at higher temperatures without allowing it to burn. It also has less lactose, so people who are sensitive to dairy usually can have it. Ingredients: * 3 lbs butter, I use grass fed and organic butter Preparation: STEP 1. Add all the butter to a large pot and turn on low heat. The butter will slowly melt and start to bubble. Bring up to a low simmer, make sure its not aggressively boiling. STEP 2. Keep at a simmer, you will see the butter goes through a few different phases, the foam will come to the top, then it will start clearing out, then it will form a crackly surface, and lastly it will start to look clear beneath the surface. This typically takes 20-30 minutes. STEP 3. Once the butter starts to look clear, you are near the end so watch it carefully. Allow for the majority of the milk solids to sink to the bottom. Use a spoon to check for clarity of the butter. STEP 4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer that is lined with cheesecloth. It will catch all of the milk solids and just leave you with the ghee which is pure fat. Store in a glass container at room temp. You may discard the milk solids or use for another purpose. Store at room temperature for later use! Have you tried making your own clarified butter? #clarifiedbutter #butter #ghee #cooking

Ghee, The Ayurvedic Liquid Gold : Detailed recipe of Making Ghee at home with Grainy texture : Grab a large, heavy-bottomed pot or pan. For this ghee recipe, I have used 1800 grams of butter. I used @kerrygoldusa unsalted butter for the best result. Step 1: Place pan on stovetop and heat on medium-low to medium heat. The butter will begin to melt. Stir in intervals when butter begins to melt to assist the larger pieces. Step 2: When all the butter has melted, reduce heat to the lowest setting and simmer gently. Step 3: About a minute or so after all the butter is melted, you will hear sounds from the bottom of the pan and see milk solids appearing on the surface. Step 4: The entire surface will be covered with milk solids. Continue to simmer. You will see the color change gradually to a from a buttery, pale yellow to light golden with the butter bubbling and shimmering. Step 5: After some time, the milk solids will begin to settle at the bottom and the surface will start to look clearer. Step 6: When you see medium to large sized bubbles forming on the top and the entire mixture is bubbling, you are almost done! You have to be very attentive at this stage or else the ghee may burn. Remove from heat and place the pan on the countertop. The milk solids will begin to caramelize and turn golden from the residual heat, and you will see the color of ghee become darker. Wait until all the simmering stops and you see the browned bits of milk solids at the bottom. While the ghee is still warm, pour it through the strainer on top of a glass jar. Close tightly when the ghee cools. Store in a cool dry place. #ghee #pureghee #desighee #dairy #butter
