I graduated at the top of my class, earning both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering simultaneously, with a concentration in neuroengineering… and it was the BEST thing I’ve ever done!! From data analysis to intensive research methods, my degrees taught me so many high value skills that were directly responsible for me building million dollar businesses by the age of 24. Not to mention the discipline, endurance, and time management skills I learned which are invaluable for entrepreneurs :) I understand college isn’t for everyone, but I just want to show it is possible to value both your education and business. at frst, i enrolled in a master’s programme straight after my bachelor’s, but withdrew my application a month later because I realised it wasn’t what I needed at that moment that decision allowed me to build a career (i was lucky to achieve success quite quickly), but deep inside there was always a voice: “hey, remember the promise you made to your younger self that one day you would go abroad to study? there will never be a better time than now” i’m so happy i left the comfort of a settled life and followed my dream, just as my heart told me to yes, it’s hard sometimes, but the awareness that my place here came at the cost of big sacrifices helps me see everything as part of a great adventure after which life will only become bigger and brighter

Top 4 useless Master’s degree! 1. MBA Probably the most overhyped degree especially by us Indians and agents. Unless you’ve over 3 years of SENIOR exec level experience (usually around of 30+ year old mark) or you've a business that you're going to administer/manage right after your MBA, it’s the worst thing you can do as a fresher! 2. Engineering Management Again an agent’s favourite degree for fresh engineering graduates! This is absolutely useless as you’re not going to get any job in the management role with this degree unless you’ve significant prior work experience. 3. International Business The most useless business degree if you’ve already completed a business bachelors. It teaches you nothing more than what you’ve already done in a BBA or BCom. 4. Public Health This is more like a visit visa equivalent masters. This is not magically going to land you a job with the “NHS” or “Healthcare” unless you’ve relevant experience or you know exactly what you’re doing! Disclaimer. This does not mean you wouldn't get a job if you do any of these masters. At the end of the day, employers care about your skillset and not what masters you did. This is aimed at people thinking if they come abroad and do this, they'd land a job.
