They are springs, rivers, cattle farms, wildlife, fishing holes, family wells, and generations of people who chose this life on purpose. People here are not against jobs or technology. We are against sacrificing our water, our land, our peace, and our future so corporations can profit while rural communities carry the damage. Details below -2 Pork Shoulder Blade Steaks, bone in. 1” thick -Season with Strawberry’s Backyard Steak Shake -Grill over fire for 15-20 min per side -Remove from grill, place in foil pan -Add Maull’s Genuine Sauce, Busch Light and Butter. Cover with Foil -Back on grill, indirect heat. We went 1.5hrs. Pork was at 203 internal and fall apart tender -Served it with a loaded baked potato.
