What classics had a big impact on you? Not all of these books were 5 star reads for me. Both The Woman in the Dunes and One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich weren't that impressive to me when it comes to writing-style and overall enjoyment. Nonetheless they have both had a big impact on me and I think about them regularily. Their messages really stuck with me.
