Working on getting stronger so I’ve been repeating my favorite “stronger” classes from @strongbyizzy . Her stronger style classes utilize heavier weights than her other classes and I love them! I was able to use 15 and 20lb weights for this class when I previously used my 12lb weights only. And I felt GOOD!💪 If you just started with Izzy or any new workout this year, KEEP GOING!
