Отличный кебаб — не в Стамбуле! Muhsinzade Türk Şiş Kebap 🥙 Нашёл его в городе Газиантеп — гастро-столице Турции, как утверждает Википедия. Я тоже настоятельно рекомендую этот город наравне с Аданой — уровень турецкой кухни там эталонный. На одном из рынков Газиантепа мы заметили очередь. Точка выглядела максимально аутентично: в меню — разнообразные блюда с мангала, подаются на домашней лепёшке. Крики толпы, жаждущей кебаба, немного сбивали с толку, но благодаря другу, который знает турецкий, мы сделали заказ. Цена кебаба Kuşbaşi : 1 евро (на тот момент / сейчас кажется уже 2 по курсу и обновлённой цене) Кебаб простой, но отличный — получаешь ровно то, чего ожидаешь.
