I teach easy makeup for women 40+ Here are the differences between the two sides👇🏼 Old Way👇🏼 1. Contour placed too low on the face. This will drag the face down as we age. 2. Applied to light of a color and too much of a concealer all under the eyes. This will highlight and accentuate, fine lines and texture. 3. Blush placement on apples of the cheeks for a fuller look 4. Used a brown eyeshadow in my direct crease. This makes the eye look, pulled back and deeper set into the face. 5. Applied dark eyeliner around the eye. This makes the eye look more heavy and pulled back. New way👇🏼 1. Using 2 foundation colors and a brightening concealer in strategic places to brighten areas of the face that people tend to look at 2. Concealer only placed on the inner and outer corners of the eyes. Using less concealer will make the under eye look more useful. Color correction can be done if you have darker under eyes. 3. Blush placed higher on the cheeks for lift 4.Contoured higher up on cheeks 5. Placed a brown eyeshadow higher on the crease for lift. Save this for reference! This is just such a quick and easy way to get a little lift. I learned these little tweaks with make up and which type works best for mature skin. It’s good to play around with it and see which areas you like best for your face shape. And I love sharing it with others because aging skin can sure be frustrating when you don’t know what in the world to do differently. I love this one pallete system I use because it’s super versatile and you can go very natural or more full coverage I’m using the color sunlit by Seint Beauty . It’s a few shade lighter than my main shade.
