Isolationism, nativism, racism — none of this is new the United States. The difference is we’ve always managed to keep that faction in the minority. H.W. Brands wrote a book called America First about the original movement — Lindbergh, Huey Long, Father Coughlin. These guys were trying to stand up a Nazi party in the 1930s. Franklin Roosevelt put it down. What those movements actually delivered to their own supporters , the angry middle-class white Americans who felt left out, was poverty and further marginalization. Same story now. Trump sits at 34% and he’s made it to the presidency twice in three elections. Some of that is the Democrats putting up weak candidates. But a lot of it is a genuine culture war — anti-woke, nativist, and genuinely dangerous. How he George W bush new the current agenda that's going to happen with the Republican Party and I thought he was always a buffoon but I guess sometimes he has rationality😅 And what do we see today everybody is complaining about immigrants and that is the fear-mongering when the majority of the crime that is done in the United States of America is Americans😅 And then you see in Europe everything is going right wing because of immigration and I mean really right wing And then what we see is the headline on Fox News immigrant stab somebody with a knife goes on a hunting spree in England and you know what the Tucker Carlson said but he always leaves out the truth he did not say who stopped the guy who was stabbing people a f****** immigrant because that is the fear mongering of course you're going to have populations of immigrants that are criminals right but the majority of immigrants came to this country for a better life to escape the real criminals And then you see all those Republican fear mongering Joe Rogan the Chinese are invading they're coming over the Border those are the new Italians and Jews and Arabs you understand prediction of what's to come And such a fallacy when everything we own comes from China and everybody is so afraid of China and the competition 100% tariffs on electric cars because the Chinese make a electric car than the United States but then again always remember who always makes better cars it was the Japanese when it came to your modern-day vehicles your Hondas your Toyotas you understand foreigners So you have every right wing individual Elon Musk Joe Rogan every popular rich person and billionaires because it's all about corporate profits so Trump was always trying to China when he was president cuz of the fear mongering we all know what China is we all know it's the authoritarian Communist Party but we also forget that our country's authoritarian because if you have something on the government that's it you're gone. What do you all think about Stephen Miller ?? I was not familiar with the beliefs of Nativists & Eugenicists so forgive my ignorance. I get it, the feelings of uncertainty, seeing new faces, foreign things that we arent used to but our whole country was made from migration, aside from Natives that were basically wiped out. This isnt even an open border conversation, the fear mongering, misinformation & word illegal are all used to demonize people and prevent the natural progression the world is taking.
