The ABC has been given evidence that suggests Melbourne NDIS provider Katrina Chivell has overcharged the NDIS $300,000. Ms Chivell has denied any overcharging or wrongdoing in relation to the NDIS. The regulator is investigating the allegations against Ms Chivell, whose NDIS participant status was revoked in 2022.
