ALLEN Career Institute, Indore organized Annual Picnic (Fun Jamboree) 👉🏻 800 students along with HOD PNCF Vishal Kejriwal sir, Centre coordinators and teachers from Indore, Mhow & Ujjain centres took the trip to Maheshwar and Mandleshwar which has an enriching blend of History, Culture, and Nature. 🎉 The excitement could be felt as soon as we boarded the bus. Our first stop was Mandleshwar Allen centre where everyone enjoyed their breakfast. The trip began with a visit to Maheshwar, renowned for its architectural marvels and the exquisite Maheshwari handloom sarees. After a heart full breakfast we left for Maheshwar Fort, the majestic Ahilya Fort, a 250-year-old structure built by the visionary queen, Ahilyabai Holkar. Next, we visited the Ghats of Maheshwar, where the serene Narmada River added a tranquil backdrop. Students took a peaceful boat ride through Sahastra Dhara and enjoyed the natural beauty. After that we came back to Mandleshwar Allen centre and had lunch. After that everyone indulged in playing cricket, throw ball and swimming. ➡️ To capture the moment a group photo was clicked after which a musical event was organized where teachers and students performed with great fervour. Afterwards we enjoyed the DJ party to our heart’s content. NPF i skolan del 37 - Hur bemöter vi barn med NPF i skolan? Jag är fast besluten att lyfta NPF i olika sammanhang för att vi måste veta, förstå, acceptera & respektera det mer. Det handlar om människor & medmänniskor, det handlar om barn & ungdomar, samt att det handlar om tillit, respekt & kärlek. Jag anser att kunskaperna om NPF i skolans värld borde blir bättre, vi har så många barn som vi måste förstå om vi ska få med dem på resan. Jag vill med det här inlägget lyfta problematiken kring när lärare inte besitter tillräckligt mycket kunskap om NPF & hur fel det kan bli i klassrummet för läraren, eleven som har NPF & för hela gruppen... Lärare 1, 2 & 3 har för dålig kunskap om NPF, deras karaktärer talar för dig själva! Lärare 4 har jobbat med relationerna, han vet att ”Pelle” har ADHD & att han ibland behöver ta en kort paus för att orka jobba igen. Lärare 4 har kommit överens med ”Pelle” att han lämnar inte klassrummet utan att meddela, utan gör ett tecken som både han & läraren vet betyder ”jag behöver gå ut”. Vilken lärare föredrar du, 1, 2, 3 eller 4? OBS! Jag vill absolut inte förringa någons ledarskap, trycka ner eller kränka någon lärare som påminner om någon av de här tre lärarkaraktärerna. Man ska komma ihåg att vi alla är olika & vi besitter olika egenskaper & styrkor som gör oss till bra & fina lärare för Sveriges viktigaste människor, dvs barnen!
