Here’s the actual system ↓ → Raw input: anything I find online gets pulled into my vault as clean markdown via the Obsidian web clipper. → Scheduled daily: My agent reads the captures, structures them into knowledge files, feeds into a master research wiki → Weekly: scans the entire wiki for gaps thin topics, open questions prioritises them into a list, I approve, then it goes and researches them itself puts it back into the wiki to make it more robust.
