Everyone keeps asking if this is Obsidian. It’s not. Obsidian is great for storing thoughts, notes, graphs, ideas, and memory. Pulse is different. Pulse is an orchestration system I built to coordinate live AI workflows across my companies. Every strand on the screen represents an active process, agent group, business workflow, or operational system talking to each other in real time. Some handle outreach. Some recover dead leads. Some generate content. Some monitor internal operations. Some feed data back into the system so it adapts over time instead of resetting every run. The biggest mistake people make with AI agents is building the interface before building the execution layer. Pretty dashboards mean nothing if the system cannot actually coordinate tasks consistently behind the scenes. Most “AI operating systems” online are glorified chat wrappers with particles and dark mode. The hard part is memory, orchestration, routing, persistence, recovery logic, and getting multiple systems to work together without collapsing into chaos after 20 minutes. That’s what I’ve been focused on. Still early. Still messy. Still building. But it’s already running real workflows across 47 Industries every day.

I've been using Obsidian for note taking now for 6 months. Having read Tiago Forte's 'Building a Second Brain'. This is what the formation of the 556 notes that form my 'second brain' look like over that time. For those that are interested, the point is connectedness's, discovery and creation. I can see there are a lot of 'orphan' notes (ones with no connection to any other notes). Time to go in to the system and sort that out. Whilst it's not impossible to have notes not connected to anything else, it's actually pretty unlikely, and this is, for me, a symptom of my not implementing the process properly.
