And if every relationship leaves destruction behind you, at some point you have to stop blaming triggers and start looking in the mirror. Because unresolved trauma doesn’t just hurt you. It eventually bleeds onto everyone around you. Especially the people trying to love you. Healing means accountability. Real accountability. Not shame. Not self-hatred. Accountability says: “What happened to me mattered… but so does what I do with it.” I know this because I was once the man whose own wounds bled all over his marriage. I pushed and pulled.
