I opted to make my own taco shells, but store-bought works just as well. Start with seasoned ground beef, then fill your shell with cheese, lettuce, green onion, tomato, avocado, and a drizzle of ranch. Don’t forget my Marinated Onions on top! For the final touch, squeeze a bit of lime over everything and one more ranch dip for extra flavor. RECIPE: 3 lbs ground beef Taco seasoning 24 taco shells 2 cups shredded mild cheddar or Monterey Jack Shredded iceberg Chopped tomatoes Sliced Avocado Marinated Red Onions @mariesdressing Creamy Ranch Dressing Lime wedges Add the ground beef to a pan over medium heat and season with the taco seasoning until beef is cooked through.
