Er steht mit beiden Beinen auf den großen Opernbühnen oder kopfüber auf einer Hand beim Breakdance-Wettbewerb. Der polnische Countertenor Jakub Józef Orlinsky schafft den Spagat zwischen Barock und Breakdance. Als Model, Tänzer und Akrobat ist er auch in Werbekampagnen zu sehen. 🤸‍♂️ Aber der Weg dorthin war nicht immer leicht. Während die HipHop-Kultur und Breakdance von einer großen Offenheit geprägt sind, gilt das für die Klassik-Welt nicht uneingeschränkt. "Meine Anfänge waren alles andere als erfolgversprechend" sagt Orlinsky über seine ersten Versuche als Sänger. Doch durch Mentor:innen, die an ihn geglaubt haben und einiger glücklicher Fügungen hat Jakub Józef Orlinsky heute eine richtig erfolgreiche Karriere. 🕺 Im Dezember 2021 debütierte Orlinski an der New Yorker Metropolitan Opera und verzaubert seitdem mit seiner Engelsstimme die Musikwelt. Mit "Beyond" ist gerade sein neues Album erschienen. Außerdem ist er ganz frischer Preisträger des Opus Klassik-Preis als bester Sänger. 📣 What a magical performance in the late-night Prom where Jakub Józef Orliński starred with the baroque band Il Pomo d’Oro. Over an hour-and-a-half, the irresistible Polish countertenor ran the opera game from A to Z at the @royalalberthall 🌟 Jakub Orlinsky created a real dazzling ‘theatre of one man and 100 roles’ embodying pining lovers, men on the verge, and one of those comical cross-dressing old ladies with which baroque opera abounds. 🌟 JAKUB’S voice was in magnificent shape, firm, flexible and easily ample enough to fill the cavernous space of the gargantuan Royal Albert Hall. The acting, across an unbroken dozen musical numbers, was bold and winning. And what a treat was to get JAKUB’S pirouettes , which will be included in the Olympics Games this year! I am sure Jakub’s will win him the Gold medal 🥇! 🌟 Costumes, lighting, and yes, a burst of his trademark breakdancing, creatively put together were all part of a generous mix that made joining dots across 17th-century Italy and beyond. Orchestral contributions from the @ilpdo were tight , responsive and tangy. Голос Якуба был великолепной формы, твердый, гибкий и достаточно объемный, чтобы заполнить гигантское пространство ‘пещеры’ Альберт Холла. 🌟 Игра в непрерывной дюжине музыкальных номеров была смелой и выигрышной. Настоящий фейерверк! Костюмы, освещение и да, его фирменный брейк-данс — все это было частью щедрого микса исполнителей, который бродил по Италии 17-го века и за ее пределами.
