Panna Cotta is one of my favorite desserts! So creamy and delicious. I’m aware it isn’t a traditional recipe but after years of playing around with it, this is the recipe I developed and love. Tip: when whisking in the gelatin, don’t touch the bottom of your pot, so you doing scrape. Ingredients: * 1 qt heavy cream (4 cups). * 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp half and half or milk. * 2 gelatin envelopes (5 tsp). * 1 1/4 cup condensed milk. * 1 orange (zest). * 8 oz mascarpone. * 2 tbsp sour cream. * 2 tsp vanilla bean paste. * 1/4 cup cane sugar. * Pinch of salt. Macerated Berries: * 1 cup chopped strawberries. * 1/2 cup raspberries. * 1/2 cup blueberries. * 1-2 oz grand marnier (depending on desired booziness). * 1/3 cup cane sugar. * 3 tbsp olive oil. * Juice of 1 orange. Directions: 1. Add the half and half or milk to a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over it to bloom for 10 min. 3. Add the cream, vanilla, condensed milk, salt, sugar and orange zest to a pot. Heat up without boiling. 4. Once hot, carefully whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved. 5. In a large bowl add the mascarpone and sour cream. Whisk until incorporated. Strain in the hot cream bit at a time so you don’t get lumps. 6. Divide into 8 single serve cups (I used disposable). 7. Let them sit in the fridge for 6 hrs to overnight to set. 8. Add everything for the berries in a bowl, mix and let macerate for 2-6 hrs. 9. Unmold the panna cotta and top with the berries. #pannacotta #heresmyfood #easyrecipes #makeitdelicious #easydessert

🇮🇹 Italienische Reihe Rezept 6: Panna Cotta ohne Gelatine 👌🏼 Zutaten für 5-6 Portionen: 1 L Schlagsahne 3 gestrichene TL Agar Agar 1 EL Speisestärke 7 EL Zucker 2 TL Vanillepaste oder Mark einer Vanilleschote Für die Beerensauce: 300 g TK Beeren (es geht auch frisch) 5 EL Wasser zum kochen der Beeren 1 EL Speisestärke 4 EL Wasser zum anrühren der Speisestärke 120 g Zucker Die Dessertgläser direkt vor dem befüllen mit kaltem Wasser auswaschen. Panna Cotta in dem Gläsern erst mal 30 Minuten ruhen lassen und dann für mindestens 3 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen. Vor dem Stürzen Gläser vorsichtig an den Rändern unter heisses Wasser halten. So lassen sie sich einfacher stürzen. Die Beerensauce ca. 2 Minuten köcheln lassen, nachdem die Speisestärke hineinkommt. Recette N ° 2 / 30 : Panna Cotta allégée vanille au coulis de fruits rouges 🤍❤️ Voici un dessert allégé, gourmand, super facile à réaliser ! Sì, ed è ancora più buona! 😍 👩🏼🍳La nostra Melissa ci fa vedere come ottenere una consistenza perfetta, cremosa e irresistibile! 👉INGREDIENTI (circa 6 porzioni): 500ml panna per dolci 70g zucchero 35g maizena (amido di mais) ½ bacca di vaniglia Per il coulis: 125g frutti rossi 30g zucchero ½ limone (succo e scorza) Per decorare: q.b. frutti di bosco (o cioccolato, o caramello,ecc..) 👉PREPARAZIONE: 1. Setaccia la maizena in un pentolino, aggiungi lo zucchero e la panna, quindi mescola con una frusta a mano. 2. Se si formano grumi, filtra il composto con un colino. 3. Aromatizza con estratto di vaniglia, poi metti il pentolino sul fuoco a fiamma bassa. 4. Cuoci per circa 10 minuti mescolando continuamente finché non si addensa leggermente. 5. Versa nei pirottini o stampini monoporzioni. 6. Copri con pellicola a contatto e lascia raffreddare a temperatura ambiente. 7. Trasferisci in frigo per almeno 2 ore. 8. La panacota (o panna cotta) es uno de los postres más fáciles de elaborar. Su origen es italiano (Piamonte) y su nombre significa literalmente “nata cocida” Aunque tradicionalmente se sirve con frutas o mermelada, a mi me gusta preparar alguna con caramelo. Es cremosa, elegante y está deliciosa😋 Ingredientes: Para la panacota: 500 ml de nata para montar (35% m.g.) 500 ml de leche entera 90 g de azúcar 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla 6 hojas de gelatina neutra Caramelo casero: 120 g de azúcar 2 cucharadas de agua Elaboración: Prepara un caramelo casero: En una sartén añade el azúcar con el agua y deja que se vaya tostando lentamente sin remover.�Cuando tenga un color dorado, retira del fuego y vierte sobre los moldes. Reserva. Prepara la mezcla de panacota: Sumerge las hojas de gelatina en un bol con agua fría hasta que estén blandas. En un cazo añade: la nata, la leche, el azúcar y la vainilla. Pon a fuego medio y remueve suavemente.�Cuando comience a hervir, espera unos segundos y apaga el fuego. Escurre bien las hojas de gelatina e incorpóralas a la mezcla caliente.�Remueve hasta que se integren por completo. Versión con caramelo: Rellena los moldes con la mezcla caliente de panacota sobre el caramelo.�Deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente y después refrigera 3-4 horas hasta que cuajen. Versión con mermelada: Si prefieres servirla con mermelada, rellena los moldes directamente con la mezcla, sin caramelo en la base. Cuando estén bien frías y cuajadas, desmolda y añade la mermelada por encima justo antes de servir.
