i have never thought to create a mission statement for my life but this was a game changer. a personal mission statement is the blueprint that lets us know where our time and energy should go. how do we want our life to feel? what kind of work makes me truly proud? and not just ego proud but work that actually helps others. who are you becoming? everything we want, equally wants us just as bad. we just have to meet it halfway. we tell it the life we want, not the life we’re tired of. if these type of conversations are your vibe, you would love my full cup series on youtube where we pour into mind body soul by reading books that actually fulfill us. this is where do the work. ☕️✨

Athletes: Dont waste your holidays - do this instead👇

1) Write a letter to your future self - open it 12 months from now

2) Vision board - visualization is strong. Cut out images that represent your goals and dreams. 

3) Create a bucket list of 100 things you want to accomplish - dream BIG!

4) Write down your core values - this will guide you in making decisions

5) Plan out your perfect day - design what it looks like
 6) Write down 20 things that make you happy. 

7) Start a “wins” journal. Celebrate your big and small wins

8) Create a personal mission statement. Solidify what you stand for

9) Talk to an older family member - document the life lessons

10) Write a story about our life 10 years from now - visualize it

11) Plan out a solo adventure - where would you go? 

12) Write a letter to your past failures - thank them for making you stronger 13) Write down 3 lessons from your biggest failures - win or learn

14) Write down a worst case scenario plan - what would you do if everything goes wrong? This is powerful and shows you that you can overcome anything 

15) imagine yourself being 70 years old - what are the things you would tell yourself NOW to do ?

How to find your purpose.

The question ‘What is my purpose?’ is a big, loaded and daunting question. It can overwhelm us, hinder our motivation and impact our ability to take the steps that help us connect with what brings us a sense purpose. Research shows that, for most people, passion comes after they try something, discover they like it, and then develop mastery over time, not the other way around. Sure, some people have a distinct passion, a singularity of purpose, that they have probably known from early on in life, but most of us aren’t wired this way (otherwise we would have probably done it in a heartbeat). In reality, most people are passionate about many different things (many of which they’re not even aware of because it’s so innate in them that they take it for granted) and the only way to know what they want to do is to “get their hands dirty”— aka try things out—and see what really resonates with them. If you’re at a career crossroads—asking yourself questions about who you are and why you are here—you don’t need to know what’s your one single passion in order to figure out what’s next. You only need to put yourself on the path of exploration, once you do that, you’ll start discovering the things you truly love, passion or not. Mission Statement: a brief statement that defines purpose, values, and objectives. Mine is that my thoughts, my words, my beliefs always match my actions.
